I am simply just not that into you….

I will offend, I will speak MY truth; so if you are easily offended… please read on.

Half way through August 2022 and I personally feel that I am trying to catch up on 2 years that I have missed on a professional level + 2022 and it’s own challenges, which are deemed as a “normal” year.

What I have seen, heard, saw and affected me on a personal level and mental level…. Is the absolute destruction covid has left on society…..

But yet, we do what is in our biological nature, fight, flight or stick our head in the sand…. I did all three of them.

I was fighting all through lockdown to keep on surviving on a professional level, business owner, single mother, employer and service provider. Then I was diagnosed with it…..

It has changed me on so many levels, that I can write a book about it.

When clients started bombarding me with where your service are, we are disappointed in your services these days. Why are you so slow these days, your services are not up to scratch these days…. I stuck my head in the sand and said, hereby I am giving 30 days’ notice of cancelling our contract as a service provider….

I could not tell each and every person….. Sorry after a 10 year emotional abusive marriage, a horrible divorce, lockdown and then nearly dying of covid I have reached my breaking point…. So I stucked my head in the ground…. Trying to explain myself will be useless cause depression, anxiety and burnout is frowned upon…. She is cuckoo, and the train has left the station. Time to move on…. Thanks for your excellent service 10+ years

And I lose my client in any case, so the best way possible to deal with my mental breakdown, burnout and depression was to stick my head in the sand

What I have experienced personally, professionally is shocking!

No compassion for people who nearly died, lost a loved one or experiencing mental / physical health issues post-covid.
